Existing Hyatt Vacation Club® Owners must be current on all Ownership accounts and have not participated in more than four gifted Owner Updates in a 12-month period. Presentation
Attendance at the preview and sales presentation (lasting approximately 60 minutes) is required to receive this special offer. Owners who do not attend the presentation will be charged a no-show fee in an amount equal to the total retail value of the package and will forfeit any premiums. Cancellations
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival: Ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less: Ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase: Residents of Michigan, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their Ownership points will be restored/purchase price will be refunded.
